Notes on prices
Prices are inclusive of cleaning and taxes. A discount of 10% will apply to all lets over 4 weeks. For 8 weeks or longer a higher discount may be possible; please request pricing from owner. Please contact owner directly for late deals.
Changeover day
Arrival and departure days are flexible. Arrival should be after 4pm on the day of changeover; departure should be by 10am on the day.

Booking notes
Booking by email to owner. A deposit of £100 / $150 pw will secure the reservation; balance is due 12 weeks before arrival. Cancellations made 12 weeks or less before departure are normally non refundable. A credit card imprint will be taken by the management agent at the time of occupation to cover breakages/damage.
