Having spent many holidays in other people's homes, we wanted to ensure that our home in the sun would be welcoming, comfortable and practical.  The villa was newly furnished in 2005 to reflect these values.

As you enter the villa, we have a spacious formal lounge and dining area (which can comfortably seat 8)....

To the left as you leave the dining area, there is a small passage to the utility room and the master bedroom suite.   In front of you, the villa opens up to a large fully equipped kitchen with breakfast table:                   

From the kitchen, to the left is a passage to the family bathroom and 3 additional bedrooms.  

In front is the Family Room, with comfortable seating looking out onto the pool area.  There is a large TV, with cable TV and DVD player, to keep the kids happy!
