Sunbirds is a typical four bedroom Floridian villa, which overlooks a lake on the pretty Sabal Harbour estate in Bradenton.  

The villa has a private, fully screened pool and spa, with the option for both to be heated during the cooler winter months.   The pool is designed to give full use of swimming area whilst providing ample space for taking in the sun and sunsets.  We think that once you've sampled the spa, you'll feel that this is not just another luxury, but one of life's basic necessities!

The villa is spacious, with two separate living areas - a formal lounge and dining area (seating 8), and a more informal family room with cable TV and a DVD player.  The kitchen is fully-equipped including microwave, refrigerator with ice and water dispenser, coffee maker; and there is also a separate laundry room with washer, dryer, and ironing facilities. 

The master bedroom is furnished with a king-sized bed and has a large en-suite bath and walk-in closet.  Three further bedrooms, a queen and two twin bedrooms, share a family bathroom with WC and overhead shower.  Each room has ample wardrobe space.

Sabal Harbour is a great location for a family holiday.  Not too far from many glorious beaches and the attractions of Tampa and Sarasota, it also boasts great community facilities including large pool, tennis, volleyball and basketball courts, and a children's play area.
